Learning From My Gambling Failures

I have been betting on the internet or at land based gambling halls for a good many years. I have learned, the fixation usually will acquire a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up until you are beaten. Notably if you are on a run. I have been through countless thousands of clams in a very tiny period of time and even still on occasion, I can go a bit too far. It seems you are just enjoying yourself up until you decide to consider your loss and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I will be able to gain the money back" again and again. It doesn’t work. Then you get sick to your stomach and the more you attempt the quicker you lose.

When you find that you are up, STAY on the UP! When you begin to relinquish, don’t convince yourself, "well just one more" and again and again, believe me, this scheme RARELY ever works. Say you are playing on one armed bandits, have a value set aside ahead of starting your wagering. DO NOT go over that boundary, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to earn, put the winnings in a separate canister. Don’t bet your profits regardless of what happens. Once you have wagered through your initial set threshold, stop. Depart, whether it’s on the web or at a land based casino, don’t stay around. Always remember, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Obviously, this scheme can work for any game that you enjoy, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.

Remember, gambling is supposed to be enjoyable not burdensome, appalling work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you can’t pay for the squanderings, do not even begin.
