Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy a beverage every now and then, leave your money out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your handbag, your billfold, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checkbooks back at the hotel. Pack whatever cash you intend to spend on refreshments, tipping and few dollars you intend to lose and keep the rest behind.
Cynical? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You might experience a success following a boozy night out with your buddies and be blessed enough to hit a long roll at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that adventure considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and gamble. These activities just do not mix.
Keeping your cash out of the casino might be a bit drastic, but precautionary actions for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you bet to win, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your money nary a worry, then drink all the free booze your stomach can handle, but don’t pack charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of following losses after your hooched up self loses everything!
Let me to take this one step more. do not consume alcohol and then head on the internet to wager in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my apartment, but because I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards in close proximity, I can not drink and bet.
What’s the reason? Even though I don’t consume alcohol a lot, when I drink alcohol, it is certainly adequate to befuddle my better judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. The two mix up for an awful, and costly, drink.
